Sam Boatman grew up in Stillwater, Minnesota, where his passion for homes and real estate began at an early age. From a young age, his favorite outings included touring the Parade of Homes, and that early fascination has grown into a successful career helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.

After graduating from Stillwater Area High School, Sam began his career in the banking industry before transitioning to a local appraisal company, where he gained valuable knowledge of home values and the real estate market. In 2017, he earned his real estate license and has since built a reputation for exceptional service, strong market knowledge, and outstanding results. Sam has been recognized multiple times as one of Minnesota's Top 500 real estate agents, a reflection of his dedication to his clients and consistent success in the industry.
